Jackson Square Tavern is in the heart of Jackson Square with plenty of parking and right by the commuter rail. The first floor is the well-established neighborhood restaurant with a liquor license, seating 73 patrons. The second floor is a two bedroom residential unit with separate laundry. There is a good sized storage room on the second floor. The third floor has two one bedroom apartments. The basement is unfinished but quite useable with a storage room currently used to store wine, a large walk in freezer and a desk area. Currently all tenants are "tenants at will".
